Ocean Sky Hotel & Resort

A perfect hidden gem of a hotel!! Location, amenities and comfort all in one. Ocean view from most rooms, amazing clean hot tub and pool, gym, business center, gift shop, restaurant, comfortable beds and superb friendly prompt staff. Very clean hotel. Jetskis. Kayaks ( available for rent) putt putt. Beach towels provided for use, no charge. This is our 4th stay. We absolutely have no complaints and love it here! Will return. Keep up the great job Ocean Sky!!

I love the location of this hotel. It really is an ocean sky. It sits in front of the ocean with a beautiful seating area with comfortable loungers and a nice hot tub. Most of the rooms offer a partial ocean view and the rooms are clean. I gave the service 3 stars because we complained about the water being yellow and was told something about tea water which I don't have a clue what that is but I was not going to order food or drinks if the hotel water is yellow. It looks like you peed and didn't flush. I asked for complimentary bottled water to make coffee and was told no which I think if your water is yellow, you should accommodate your guests. I walked 1/4 mile every morning for coffee and am not happy. A few bottles of water and you would have had a repeat customer. Also, the charge for parking is $25.00 per day which I understand but I don't like it. If you are booking a hotel, you have an expectation of an all in price. I would love to revisit one day and I hope your management will take the review to heart.

We came for the weekend and plan to come back with the family. CLEAN, great location with ocean and pool. Easy to get to restaurants with Circuit shuttle. Friendly snd accommodating staff. Beautifully decorated and truly comfortable stay. The gratuities are already added to the check is the only heads up so you don’t give twice. A great time with no disappointments.

Rooms were really nice and clean. Just the way they should be. Pool was heated and very clean; just they way it should be. Towels at the pool? We had to share 1 between the two of us. They didn’t have enough. But you would think that the gentleman in the towel area would tell us you could get towels at the front desk.no….we went back 3 times…no towels..we shared a soaking wet crappy towel for 6 hours! And they are nice towels. Uber eats..make sure you tell them to contact you. My food was left at front desk for who knows how long before I called down looking for it. After all that we did have a nice time, with the bartenders outside at pool bar. Very kind and had some great stories. They made our time worth it.

We had a great experience at Ocean Sky Resort, thanks to Mary at the front desk. She was extremely helpful, welcoming, and professional from the moment we arrived. Mary took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure everything went smoothly during my stay. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really made a difference. We absolutely loved this hotel resort. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The beds are comfortable. The beach is steps from the pool deck. There's a restaurant on site and bar the food is very good, Great selection of items and reasonably priced. My son enjoyed the Mini golf. We we're a bit disappointed with the fact that the pool deck has very limited space that is covered. We set up under a cabana with an umbrella and a staff member came over and asked us to move because you have to pay separately for that ($65 daily) which we didn't see that anywhere on their website about a separate fee for cabana's or umbrellas on the pool deck. Other than that we absolutely loved it and would definitely book again!

Would stay here again and again. Great experience from check in to check out and the price of the hotel is absolutely perfect for a getaway. The location is perfect; right on the beach. It really has an Ocean Sky view! Parking is on property. Restaurant is not a 5 star but the food we had was just great and Natacha was absolutely wonderful. The staff would even serve you on the beach! The rooms were clean and the gift shop was reasonable. Pool and hot tub worked great and the poolside bar had excellent frozen drinks. Drinks and food were priced as normal as any other place so I really don't understand some of these negative reviews. Staff was absolutely great the entire time. The housekeepers have a service light on the doorbell so you can let them know when you would like the room cleaned. Every hotel should have this! Made it easier for us and for the housekeepers.

Spent our Christmas holiday at this beautiful hotel. We were welcomed by André, I believe he is the front desk manager. First impression, nice smile, very helpful very kind. Make sure that we had a beautiful room with a beautiful view. He was always available but any questions that we had. I have to say the front desk employees were the best they always greeted us with a smile always said hello always said happy Christmas. Our flight was leaving late and they extended our room for a couple of hours free of charge which may the end of our vacation even more relaxing. We will definitely return. Just one recommendation housekeeping, team could be a little bit quieter They tend to speak very loud. However, yes, five star rating thank you André we will be back.
